Cypher | MediVerse — The Unified Healthcare Universe for Post-Consultation Care

Team Cypher represents the rising wave of AI-driven student innovators from Chandigarh University, passionate about solving India’s most pressing healthcare challenges. Their project, MediVerse, stood out at HackWithUttarPradesh, part of India’s first Agentic AI Founders Hackathon hosted at the Chandigarh University Lucknow Campus and organized by the Technology and Business Incubator (TBI), Chandigarh University Mohali.

The team envisioned a futuristic healthcare ecosystem where AI agents autonomously manage patient care, ensuring that no follow-up or prescription ever slips through the cracks. Their goal was bold yet deeply human — to create an AI healthcare universe where patients receive continuous, intelligent care even after leaving the doctor’s office.

What are they building

MediVerse — Unified Healthcare Universe is a groundbreaking prototype that redefines how patients experience post-consultation care. Instead of juggling multiple apps for prescriptions, reminders, and emergencies, MediVerse brings it all together through autonomous AI-to-AI coordination.

The system functions using three intelligent agents:

  •  Consultation Agent – Handles patient bookings and creates digital e-prescriptions.

  •  Pharmacy Agent – Coordinates one-click medicine orders and delivery simulations.

  •  AI Health Companion – Monitors health status, manages reminders, and triggers emergencies when needed.

Each of these agents communicates through structured JSON messaging, ensuring seamless coordination between every step — from prescription generation to simulated ambulance dispatch.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React + Vite (for smooth UI and live map-based ambulance animations)

  • Backend: Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI (REST-based endpoints)

  • AI Agent Framework: LangGraph, CrewAI, rule-based & LLM-driven logic (GPT/Ollama)

  • Mapping & Visualization: Google Maps Embed / JS-based simulation

  • Database & Reporting: HTML → PDF report generation and incident logs

  • Extras: Tesseract OCR simulation, Twilio/WhatsApp for in-app notifications

This robust stack enables real-time coordination, instant reporting, and immersive visual flow — creating a prototype that feels futuristic yet practical.

 Key Features

  • Agentic JSON Messaging: Enables seamless communication between AI agents to autonomously complete tasks.

  • One-Click Prescription & Delivery: Automatically generates digital prescriptions and allows instant order fulfillment.

  • AI Health Companion: Tracks medication schedules, manages reminders, and flags users as Green/Yellow/Red based on health urgency.

  • Emergency Simulation: Simulates ambulance movement and auto-reserves hospital beds for emergencies.

  • Logs & Reports: Every action is documented and exportable as a validated HTML/PDF report for audit transparency.

Each component contributes to a holistic healthcare experience, merging AI innovation with real-world healthcare needs.

Why are they building or to solve what?

India’s healthcare system often faces fragmented follow-up processes — prescriptions get misplaced, medicines are forgotten, and emergency responses come too late. The Cypher team realized that post-consultation care is just as critical as diagnosis itself.

Their vision for MediVerse was to create a self-coordinating digital healthcare ecosystem — one that mimics how human professionals work together, but powered entirely by intelligent, autonomous agents.

At HackWithUttarPradesh, mentors praised MediVerse for its well-structured agentic design, its clear visualization of AI-to-AI coordination, and its potential for real-world healthcare deployment. Judges appreciated how it reflects the spirit of AI entrepreneurship nurtured by Chandigarh University’s Technology and Business Incubator (TBI) — a hub where AI startup culture and innovation intersect to empower young creators.

Scope

MediVerse is more than a project — it’s a glimpse into the future of connected healthcare. By merging Agentic AI reasoning with a patient-first design, it reimagines how technology can bridge the communication gap between doctors, patients, and emergency systems.

Future Roadmap:

  • Expanding real-time hospital network integrations for actual emergency responses.

  • Integrating predictive analytics for identifying potential health risks early.

  • Enabling multi-language support for accessibility across India’s diverse regions.

As part of the Zero to One Hack with UP initiative, Team Cypher showcased how local, student-led innovations can set global standards for intelligent healthcare ecosystems. Their project exemplifies how AI innovation, when guided by empathy and purpose, can revolutionize lives.
